Due to the nature of our products—edible bird’s nest concentrate and perfumes—and for strict hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been purchased and delivered.

We encourage customers to carefully review product details before completing a purchase.

Exceptions

We will gladly replace or refund products in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged during delivery

  • You received the wrong item
